O my gosh how do I even start with Heidi?! This beautiful soul is such an incredible light and it has been so amazing to follow along with her adventures over the years. We initially met through a friend who connected us because of our mutual love for all things vegan. Heidi is an extraordinary vegan culinary expert and after being social media friends for years I finally got to try a few of her dishes on a trip back home. After traveling back to Nashville and being out of reach of her amazing Green Machine Kale Cookies I attempted to make my own and lets just say they were about a 3 compared to her 12/10 magic! Lol All in all I am just so inspired by Heidi not only for her cooking but also for her passion for kindness, her drive for health and her wanderlust for travel.
